Order Policy
Placing an Order
Orders can be placed through our website or mobile application at any time.
Please ensure that your details (address, contact number, email) are accurate to avoid delivery delays.
Order Confirmation
Once your order is placed, you will receive an email/SMS confirmation with order details.
In case of unavailability of any product, our support team will contact you for alternatives or cancellation.
Delivery Timeline
Orders are usually processed within 24–48 hours.
Delivery times may vary depending on your location and product availability.
Prescription Medicines
For orders involving prescription medicines, a valid prescription must be uploaded.
Orders without prescriptions (where required) will not be processed.
Return & Refund Policy
We follow strict quality and safety measures; hence returns are accepted only under the following conditions:
Eligible for Return
You received a wrong product.
The product is damaged, defective, or expired at the time of delivery.
The product is missing from the package.
Not Eligible for Return
Opened or used products.
Temperature-sensitive items (e.g., insulin, vaccines).
Personal care items (e.g., masks, thermometers, hygiene products) due to health & safety reasons.
Medicines without a valid quality concern.
Return Process
Raise a return request within 48 hours of delivery by contacting our customer support.
Provide order ID, product details, and supporting images (if applicable).
Our team will verify and arrange a reverse pickup where applicable.
Refund Process
Refunds will be initiated once the returned product passes quality checks.
Refunds are processed within 7–10 working days via the original payment method.
For COD orders, refunds will be made to your registered bank account/UPI.
