  2. Condition of the Product:
     • The item must be unused, unbroken, and undamaged.
     • Items showing any sign of breakage, tampering, cutting, or opening will not be accepted.
     • The product must be returned in its original packaging, along with all accessories (if any).
  3. Return Request Time:
     A return request must be raised within 24–48 hours of receiving the product. Requests made after this period will not be considered.
  4. Return Mode:
     Only return and refund is available.
     No replacement or exchange provided.
